Where does Crafters & Weavers ship?

Crafters & Weavers ships all over the Contigious United States for low flat rate prices. By adding items to your cart you can go through the checkout process without adding a credit card to get an instant shipping quote.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Email links of the items you want to order and your shipping address to 

for a quote.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We have a large network of shippers delivering your orders all over the country. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of purchase. Depending on your location please allow up to 5 weeks from order.

I’m moving. Can I buy now and have you hold the furniture and ship it for a later date?

Yes, we can hold your order and ship at a later date. There is a “Notes” section during checkout where you can let us know the date when you will be ready to receive. You can also reply to your order confirmation email. Please let us know within 3 hours if you want us to hold your order.

Who do you use for shipping?

Anything larger than our average sized end table needs to be shipped with a freight carrier. Smaller pieces such as side tables and foot stools are shipped UPS.

Is assembly required?

All of our furniture is built solid and mostly ship just how you see them pictured. Certain items will need minimal assembly. Example, a dining table top will need to be attached to the base.

Will the shipper put the furniture where I want it?

We keep our shipping rates low by offering inside delivery. This means the shipper is only required to bring the piece through the threshold of your front door. If you need placement contact us for a White Glove Delivery quote.

I received a shipping confirmation email, what is my tracking number?

We use private shippers over big freight companies whenever we can since they are more careful with the product and offer better customer service. Though in this case we cannot provide a tracking number, the shipper calls you to schedule the delivery day. We give a time frame (usually 1 week) to give you an idea of when the delivery will be.

If your order was shipped with Ceva Logistics or UPS your tracking number will be in the email.

What if I receive something damaged?

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately. If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you. View our full procedure here:
