Crafters & Weavers Refund/Exchange/Damage Policy:

We are here to answer any questions you have about our product. Please feel free to ask anything that will help you make the best buying decision before purchase.

Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel an order you must notify us by email ( within 2 days for a full refund. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you cancel after 2 days but before shipping you will be refunded the price paid less a 20% processing and restocking fee.

Our policy lasts 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of delivery to us.

You should insure the shipment and make sure it is properly packed to arrive back to us in the same condition it left. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and initial shipping charges are non refundable. We also recommend using a service with tracking information, we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive back to us.

Returns on Orders with Free Shipping
In addition to the above Returns policy a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund along with the return shipping charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


We proudly ship all over the United States with trusted shippers for each region. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks. Depending on your area it can take as long as 5 weeks. All shipments are insured.

Damage Policy
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately.
If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.
Should you observe any damage to the outer packaging, please inspect the item in the presence of the shipper and if there is significant damage, indicate as such when you sign their paperwork and reject the shipment and have the carrier return it to us.
