Day 8: Mission Oak Foot Stools
Enjoyed best at the foot of your favorite comfy chair, kick back and relax your feet on one of our leather and oak foot stools. These are handmade items made with care. Many of our foot stool designs have a through-mortise joint detail that pays homage to early American furniture design. You will also see this exposed joint look on many of our Arts and Crafts style end tables and bookcases. Though it isn’t structurally necessary anymore due to modern furniture making techniques, we still like the look. Most of these tenon details are faux but some are true. Either way, it is something to look out for when you are shopping for this style of furniture.

Day 9: Mission Oak Display China Cabinet / Bookcase
Inspired by a traditional Gustav Stickley Display Cabinet, this heirloom quality cabinet is built to last. Many people collect this style and feel a great sense of pride and nostalgia having these pieces in their home. “Just like my Grandparents used to have” is no longer a negative thing, in this case it refers to the quality of solid wood furniture that you don’t see too much anymore. This bookcase has a medium-dark brown, walnut stain on solid oak. It also comes in a lighter golden brown stain color on quarter sawn white oak. The glass panel sides allow light in and give your display pieces more angles to shine.

• TV Stand: Did you know that we will drill cable management holes for you in any piece for NO EXTRA CHARGE? Just ask! The glass doors allow for remote access so this would be a great piece to rest your tv on and store your electronics in.
• Console Table: With a height of 33” the cabinet works well behind most sofas in an open concept living room.
• Buffet Cabinet: Useful as a side cabinet in a dining room for extra space to store tableware in and set out food on top of when entertaining.

Day 11: Mission Quarter Sawn Oak TV Stand
This tv stand is a best seller and top rated for a reason! We took inspiration from our Mission / Arts and Crafts style cabinets and translated that into a functional design for a modern living room. The cabinets have open space for a cable box, game system, etc and the glass doors allow for remote access to your electronics. Two deep drawers await for all of your entertainment accessories that you wish to hide. Top carpentry techniques have been used on this solid quarter sawn white oak tv stand.

Day 12: Barlow Display Kitchen Island
One of our exclusive collections, the Barlow freestanding islands are designed around how we live and work, in the kitchen. Many people are opting to purchase unique stand alone kitchen islands rather than the built-in kind that match the rest of the kitchen cabinets and counter space. As this trend continues to grow in popularity, we began manufacturing more sizes and colors in these rustic style prep tables. We have selected real zinc tops to mimic the look of a restaurant prep table but with a vintage finish. The kitchen island base is made out of a combination of new and reclaimed wood. Each shows the knotty natural beauty of the wood with a distressed finish.

Day 13: Greenview Kitchen Islands (Available in White, Black, and Brown)
Some of our kitchen islands come with caster wheels so you can easily move them around but this is always optional. Even if you select a piece that does not have wheels, these can be easily added on by you with the wheels of your choice. Most hardware stores stock a lot of options but you can also shop online to find just the right set. Be sure to measure the bottom of the feet and buy a caster wheel set that will fit properly within that size. Caster wheels add an industrial look to the furniture whether you plan to move them around often or keep it stationary. Many wheel sets have a locking mechanism for when you need stability. Consider adding caster wheels to one of our kitchen islands or a piece you already own!
