United States:
Crafters & Weavers ships all over the Contiguous United States for low flat rate prices. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks. Depending on your area it can take as long as 5 weeks. All shipments are insured.
We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii (excluded from free shipping promos). Email links of the items you want to order and your shipping address to orders@craftersandweavers.com for a quote.
We now ship all over Canada with trusted shippers for each region. Most orders are delivered within 3 - 4 weeks. Depending on your area it can take as long as 5 weeks. All shipments are insured. Order total must be $800 USD or more for shipping to Canada.
How much is US shipping?
By adding items to your cart you can go through the checkout process without adding a credit card to get an instant shipping quote. Prices will vary based on your location and some additional charges may apply after purchase if, for example, you live on an island that requires a ferryboat. How much is shipping to Canada?
Order total must be $800 USD or more for shipping to Canada. By adding items to your cart you can go through the checkout process without adding a credit card to get an instant shipping quote. Prices will vary based on your location and some additional charges may apply after purchase if, for example, you live on an island that requires a ferryboat. Shipping charges only cover freight. Customer will be responsible for their own custom clearance and any other duty or Vat charges. Here is a general guide to our flat rate shipping prices:

How long will it take to receive my order?
We have a large network of shippers delivering your orders all over the country. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of purchase. Depending on your location please allow up to 5 weeks from order.
Smaller end tables and foot stools will be shipped UPS and delivered within 2 weeks.
I’m moving. Can I buy now and have you hold the furniture and ship it for a later date?
Yes, we can hold your order and ship at a later date. There is a “Notes” section on the first page when you click on the cart icon. You can let us know the date when you will be ready to receive. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with any additional information. Please let us know within 3 hours if you want us to hold your order.
Who do you use for shipping?
Anything larger than our average sized end table needs to be shipped with a freight carrier. Smaller pieces such as side tables and foot stools are shipped UPS.
Is assembly required?
All of our furniture is built solid and mostly ship just how you see them pictured. Certain items will need minimal assembly. Example, a dining table top will need to be attached to the base. Contact us with any questions.
Will the shipper put the furniture where I want it?
We keep our shipping rates low by offering curbside delivery. This means the shipper is only required to leave the piece outside your door. For an additional fee, you can request our threshold delivery, which means that the shipper will deliver inside the front door; this includes a scheduled delivery appointment.

I received a shipping confirmation email, what is my tracking number?
We use private shippers over big freight companies whenever we can since they are more careful with the product and offer better customer service. Though in this case we cannot provide a tracking number, the shipper calls you to schedule the delivery day. We give a time frame (usually 1 week) to give you an idea of when the delivery will be.
If your order was shipped with Ceva Logistics, Focus Furniture Logistics or UPS your tracking number will be in the email.
What if I receive something damaged?
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately.
